User Agreement

This agreement covers Bawiwew, a private boat diagnostic notebook that runs on your iPhone.

What Bawiwew is

Bawiwew helps you describe a fault, keep stills or live evidence frames, walk a system ladder, log maintenance, and save a diagnostic record on this device. It is not a survey stamp, insurance certificate, or repair warranty. It does not dispatch a real marine technician.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the boat and for any work you do after reading a record. Follow local safety rules. If a step looks unsafe, stop and use a qualified yard.

Zero tolerance

Do not store prohibited adult material, harassment, or illegal material in issue text, captions, or binder notes. Bawiwew may block some wording on the device. We have zero tolerance for that material.

Credits

Saving a finished diagnostic record uses 1 Diagnostic Record Credit. Drafts, previews, and failed saves do not. Credit packs are optional consumable In-App Purchases. Credits stay on this device and cannot be restored after deletion or Erase All App Data.

Media

Camera, Photos, and Microphone are requested only when you tap the matching control. Bawiwew copies stills into its private folder and does not edit your album originals.

Accounts

Bawiwew does not create an online account. Log Out and Delete Account apply to this device copy. Delete Account and Erase All App Data remove local files and remaining credits.
